The challenge.
The platform started as a prototype that had outgrown its foundations. Healthcare logistics means protected health information, drivers in the field, and operations that cannot pause — the infrastructure needed to handle all three without fragility.
The existing setup lacked the safeguards, reliability, and delivery process needed for a production healthcare workload. Deployments were manual, the mobile experience was not built for drivers, and document handling needed to be both automated and secure.
